Is there a setting so I can open highlighted links in my default browser?

Any way to: 1) not have to select ctrl and 2) have focus shifted to the browser window?
Thanks!

PSPad isn't browser. Click without Ctrl would disallow you e.g. select part of the text. PSPad will open lino for you in default browser.

Yes but I then have to click to get the browser window. Is there a way to have the focus shift to the browser window?

PSPad call Windows API shell execute) to open link in default browser. Rest is Windows business.
To bring the browser in the front I need to know what browser is set as default and know it's windows name or class. System behaves differently when browser is running already or if browser is started.
In present world where is tens of different browsers is waste of time to try it.
