Find box

Is there any option that not close the 'Find Box' after find any word ?

You don't need it. Simple use F3/Shift+F3 to search next/previous word

You don't need search box to search current word. Press repeatedly Shift+Ctrl+Up/Down to search for next/previous occurrence of current word
