Hi there ,
i have a problem with the brackets and couldn't find a solution though i googled the problem and tried some settings.
Normally, it is the presetting that a bracket is highlighted when you click it so you can see the bracket that closes it. This doesn't happen.
I have istalled pspad 4.5.8., and the function should normally be active.
If anyone has an idea for this problem that would be great!
Thank you.

Switch Wrap off (Ctrl+W)
Ensure, the bracket highlight is enabled in the Program settings / Editor 1:
Highlight matching brackets

I use PsPad primarily for PHP files. I had it installed on my previous computer and it used to highlight parentheses, td's, divs, etc. so I could easily see if they were closed. I installed PsPad on my new Windows 8.1 computer and it is not highlighting anything.

Sorry, I didn't initially think it was working but it DOES seem to work everywhere except in CSS. I can accept that it does not work in that one situation.
It is a great program.

Except CSS? There is no change in CSS.
