Uninstall Bing after PSPad

Hello

I must have not looked carefully when installing and setting up PSPad because I suddenly had Bing as my new search engine (shame on you pspad people...).
How do you COMPLETELY uninstall Bing? It is still there after I cleared it out from my search engines in Chrome settings and doesnt even show up in the Programs&Features in the control panel section... (or is it named sth unintuitive like 9-Bing, Beta Bing, ...)?
