FTP edit with Windows 7

Hi folks

I have a Problem since update my OS to Windows7. I often use PSPad to connect via FTP an edit any files directly (i know, that the file will be localy cached). My Problem: only Files that smaller then approximately 8kbit are correctly submit. If the File is greater then 8kbit, then only an part of the file will be submit and the donwload takes much longer with hourglass. Hhas anyone an idea whats the problem?? The Antivirus-Programm is it not!

Can you send me your FTP log? Try to save any file.

Some advices:
switch on passive mode
switch on compatible mode
switch on binary mode
